Everything surrounding us is made of energy including our thoughts and emotions. Starting at a young age, we experience life events, traumas and situations/people that cause us stress. This leads us to feel heavy, low vibrational emotions such as anger, guilt, shame, jealousy, etc. Overtime, if left unhealed, they become stuck in our body and may eventually manifest into physical pain.
My goal is to help energetically move these dense, stagnant blocks out of your body by using the holistic practice of Reiki. Reiki is a healing technique used to bring life energy that naturally flows through all living things into your body. When it is actively flowing through your body, it can help to ease tension and stress and release old emotions allowing you to feel more peaceful and lighter.
So, how do you know if you have energy blocks in your body?
If you feel any of the following:

Anxiety, guilt, sadness, depression, worry, anger, irritability, fatigue

Physical pain; especially in the neck

Procrastination around a particular issue, a sense of feeling “stuck.”

Reiki:
​Reiki is a Japanese technique renowned for its capacity to induce relaxation, reduce stress, and facilitate healing while harmonizing the body's chakra system. This safe and holistic approach supports the mind, body, and spirit.
Benefits of Reiki:
Stress, trauma, and illness can weaken the body's natural energy flow resulting in imbalances, blockages, and limitations in our life force energy. Reiki enhances the innate capacity of the body to heal physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional issues by bringing the chakra system back into alignment. It removes energy blockages, fostering profound relaxation and overall well-being. Reiki serves as a means to fine-tune your energy, enabling it to reach its healthiest state.

What to Expect During a Session
You're encouraged to dress comfortably and avoid wearing any perfume or cologne. It is also advised to avoid eating sugar or drinking caffeine at least one hour prior to your healing session. You will rest comfortably on a massage table you may remain clothed for the entire session.

I use a mixture of traditional Reiki, Egyptian Sekhom & Indian Prana in my very powerful and unique healing session. My Reiki session is unlike any other session. It was developed by my mentor Francesco Cappicione in 1997, who studied various styles of energy healing around the world, including Japan, Egypt, India, Africa & Italy. He pieced together a very powerful session utilizing all of these variations, and taught me his session over the course of the 6 years that I studied under his mentorship. I also am certified in traditional Japanese reiki, however, even though traditional Reiki is mixed in, my sessions are done using my mentors powerful custom session. I have yet to find an energy session that is more healing and more powerful.

More About Francesco Cappicione:
Over six transformative years, I was privately trained in New York by my mentor, Francesco — a healer unlike any other. His work was a blend of Indian Prana, Egyptian Sekhem, and Traditional Japanese Reiki, learned firsthand from masters across India, Africa, Egypt, and Japan. He didn’t just teach techniques — he passed down a living transmission of ancient energy medicine.
​Francesco created a unique and powerful healing session, one that weaves together sacred traditions from across the globe. Before his passing in 2009, he entrusted it to me — and only me. I am now the sole living practitioner of this rare, multi-lineage energy healing system.
Francesco was a 3rd-degree Traditional Reiki Master, trained directly through Dr. Usui’s lineage in Japan. I received my first attunement from him, and carry forward this sacred energy with reverence and mastery.
Today, I live and practice in Florida under my company Rinaura Therapeutics, I work with a small, dedicated group of clients — including some of Francesco’s original clients who still fly in from New York to receive sessions.
The energy is deep. The transformation is real. And now, for the first time, I’m considering teaching this powerful work — because I believe the world is ready, and this healing deserves to live on.
