​Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. If you do not give 24 hours notice of a cancellation, you will be charged for the service in full.

Communication & Preferences:

​Your comfort is my top priority at Rinaura Therapeutics ,  I understand that each client has unique preferences, and I am dedicated to tailoring your experience accordingly. Please feel free to share your preferences regarding lighting (if available), music, and whether you prefer conversation or a quiet treatment. I am here to address any questions or concerns you may have. By communicating your preferences, you help me create the ideal session experience for you.

Appointment Scheduling:

​Appointments are scheduled in advance to ensure availability. Book individual services at least 1-2 weeks ahead and special events 4-6 weeks in advance. I try to accomodate same-day appointments, availability is not guaranteed. Check my online booking system on the website. If that is not available please email connect@rinauratherapeutics.com to inquire about availability.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

​Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or "no-shows" will be charged the full service price. I understand emergencies happen and I will do my best to accommodate you and understand your emergency. All deposits are non-refundable. 

​

Massage Etiquette:

​To maintain a tranquil environment, please silence your cell phones and keep your voice low. Ensure good personal hygiene by showering before your appointment. This helps create a pleasant experience for both you and myself.

​

Health and Medical Conditions:

​Inform me of any health concerns, allergies, or medical conditions when booking your appointment or using the Intake Form. If the intake form is not available online, I will have you fill one out at the appointment. This allows me to provide safe and appropriate treatments for you.

​

Age Requirements:

​All clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatment by me without parental consent. 

​

Payment and Gratuities:

I accept cash, venmo & cashapp at this time. Gratuities are not included in the service price but are always greatly appreciated, with the industry standard being 15-30%.

​

Gift Certificates:

​Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be used for any massage service. They are non-refundable and have no cash value.

​

Right to Refuse Service:

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, does not adhere to policies, or for any other reason I deem appropriate. 

​

Intake Forms:

Intake forms are required and must be updated each visit or with any significant changes in your medical condition. These forms will be sent electronically for your convenience.If they are not available or you do not receive them through text or email. I will have you fill them out in person at the time of your appointment. 

​

Identification: 

I require you to provide a picture ID at the time of services. This can be a Military ID, state ID or Drivers License. 

​

Refund Policy for Service Plans & Memberships:

Service packages and membership credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Disrobing Policy:

Your comfort is my priority. You may undress to your comfort level for treatments, whether fully clothed or fully disrobed. I will adapt accordingly. You will always be modestly and appropriately draped during treatment. We will work with whatever level of undress you are most comfortable with.

Lateness Policy:

More than 15 minutes late without prior communication will be considered a "no-show". You will be charged according to our cancellation policy. If you arrive late within the allowed time frame of 15 min, your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. If it is a mobile service and you are not home at the time I arrive, this will also be considered a "No Show" and The full service price will still apply. Thank you for your understanding. Please arrive 15 min early to your appointment and please be home 15 min prior to your scheduled time.

Oil in Hair Notice:

During treatments, your hair may come into contact with oils, creams, or lotions. To minimize contact, consider having a hair tie or clip with you. I do my best to keep your hair oil-free but cannot guarantee it.

Aromatherapy Notice:

Aromatherapy can be incorporated into any treatment. If you choose to have Aromatherapy incorporated in your service, Please Inform me of any allergies or sensitivities before your treatment, and I will do my best to accommodate you. Please let me know ahead of time so I can have the correct fragrances with me.

Pricing:

Prices listed on my website are subject to change at any time. I strive to keep them updated to provide accurate information. Thank you for your understanding.

Satisfaction Policy:

Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please inform me within 48 hours of your appointment. I will address your concerns or offer an alternative solution. It is very expensive but worth it to us to assure your information is as secure as it possibly can be.
